Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Senior Health Equity Analyst/Data Intelligence Analyst to translate clinical and operational needs into data-driven insights. You will develop reports, dashboards, and datasets to support health equity measures and identify disparities across diverse patient populations.

The role requires strong SQL, reporting, and BI skills, with experience in health equity, population health, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote work is approved for eligible states.

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years’ experience with SQL, data querying, reporting, visualization, and BI technologies.
• Experience supporting health equity, population health, quality improvement, or disparities reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translates end-user requests into complex business and technical requirements for health equity initiatives.
• Develops specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Writes SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources to identify disparities.
• Analyzes business and clinical questions using quantitative data to find improvement opportunities.
• Produces reports, dashboards, and data sets for stakeholders and leadership.
