Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years’ experience with SQL, with proficiency in data querying, programming, reporting, visualization, and BI technologies.
• Hands on experience performing reporting analysis and developing custom reports, dashboards, and data-driven analytical solutions.
• Experience supporting health equity, population health, quality improvement, patient experience, or healthcare disparity reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate end-user requests into complex business and technical requirements, including data definitions and data quality specifications for health equity initiatives.
• Develop specifications for reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions based on business and clinical needs.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze healthcare data to identify disparities in care delivery and outcomes.
• Analyze clinical and business questions using quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement across patient populations.
• Communicate findings to clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders to support data-informed decisions.
