Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or operations; strong leadership background.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or related field is required.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional transportation, warehousing, distribution, and 3PL/4PL operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global logistics strategy, including distribution network design, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL/4PL operations.
• Lead company-managed and third-party warehouse/distribution operations and global transportation with accountability for service, cost, productivity, quality, safety, inventory accuracy, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Establish common logistics standards, governance, operating procedures, performance measures, and management routines across the global network.
• Use data and KPIs to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in on-time delivery, cycle time, capacity, and cost.
• Own carrier and logistics-provider performance; partner with Procurement on sourcing, contracting, capacity, and contingency coverage.
• Lead logistics risk management and business continuity planning across capacity, supplier, and geopolitical risks.
• Drive standardization, automation, and analytics tools in partnership with IT to improve end-to-end execution.
