Job summary

Jenavalve Technology Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Manager, Global Transportation & Logistics to lead warehouse operations, transportation planning, and logistics strategy across global sites.

You will manage high-value inventory, optimize shipping lanes, and collaborate with Commercial, Clinical Operations, Production, Quality, and Finance to align with the operating strategy. You will own transit data, network design, KPI tracking, and risk mitigation, while ensuring regulatory compliance and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred) and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) and SQL or similar.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
• Inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Warehouse, Transportation and Logistics functions to support commercial and clinical efforts.
• Evaluate transit data and manage high-value inventory and shipping lanes to meet global demand.
• Oversee temperature-controlled shipping and storage to maintain device integrity.
• Audit freight costs and identify reliable logistics partners to optimize resources.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Analyze performance, product movement and availability; manage KPIs and risk mitigation.
• Utilize ERP system and perform timely data maintenance, supporting UDI tracking and quality assurance.
