Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Global Logistics to lead the worldwide logistics organization, optimizing warehousing, transportation, and distribution across regions.

You will drive standards, governance, and performance metrics while partnering with planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and IT to improve delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity. You will develop talent, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance and risk management across the network,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or engineering.
• 12+ years in logistics with leadership experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional transportation and warehousing.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred (medical devices/pharma).
• Lean, Six Sigma or APICS/CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global logistics strategy across the distribution network.
• Lead warehouse/distribution operations and global transportation.
• Establish standards, governance, and performance measures across regions.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost.
• Lead risk management and business continuity planning.
