• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering is required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the global logistics strategy, including network design, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL/4PL operations.
• Lead company-operated and third-party warehousing and global transportation with accountability for service, cost, productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance.
• Establish governance, standards, procedures, and metrics across the global network.
• Drive continuous improvements in on-time delivery, cycle time, capacity, utilization, cost, and customer service.
• Own carrier and logistics-provider performance; collaborate on sourcing, contracting, and contingency planning.
• Lead risk management, business continuity planning, and safety/compliance across logistics operations.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and productivity roadmaps; manage to financial commitments.
• Build and develop a high-performing global logistics organization.
