ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Logistics to lead our logistics organization, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-efficient movement and storage of products across the distribution network.

You will design the distribution network, oversee warehousing and transportation, and drive performance with KPIs while partnering with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial, and IT to improve delivery, inventory accuracy, and total cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or operations with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional transportation, warehousing, distribution, and 3PL/4PL operations, including company-operated facilities.
• Experience in medical device/pharma or other regulated industries preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the global logistics strategy for distribution network, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL/4PL operations.
• Lead company-operated and third-party warehouse/distribution and global transportation with accountability for service, cost, productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Establish common logistics standards, governance, procedures, and performance measures across the global network.
• Use KPIs to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements in on-time delivery, cycle time, capacity, cost, and customer service.
• Own carrier and logistics-provider performance; partner with Procurement on sourcing, contracting, and contingency coverage.
• Ensure compliance with quality, trade, customs, security, safety, and company policies; manage risk and business continuity.
