Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in logistics or operations with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional transportation, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL/4PL operations.
• Experience in medical device/pharma or regulated industry preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, CSCMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global logistics strategy across the distribution network.
• Lead company-managed and 3PL/4PL warehousing and global transportation with accountability for service, cost, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Establish standards, governance, procedures, and performance measures across regions.
• Use KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements in on-time delivery, cycle time, capacity, and cost.
• Own carrier and logistics-provider performance; partner with Procurement on sourcing and contracts.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Delivery, Commercial, Quality, and IT to resolve issues and support launches.
• Ensure compliance with quality, trade, security, safety and company policies; lead risk management and continuity planning.
