ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Global Logistics to lead the worldwide logistics organization, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and cost-efficient movement and storage across the network including company-operated sites and 3PL/4PL partners.

The role partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and regional teams to improve delivery, inventory accuracy and cost while developing logistics talent and driving continuous improvement. Travel 20–50% is typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, logistics, operations, business or related field
• 12+ years of progressive logistics or supply chain experience with significant leadership responsibility
• Experience leading global or multi-regional transportation, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL/4PL operations
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, life sciences, etc.) preferred
• Lean, Six Sigma, APICS, CSCMP or equivalent certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the global logistics strategy including design of distribution network, warehousing and 3PL/4PL operations
• Lead company-managed and third-party warehouse/distribution and global transportation with accountability for service, cost, and performance
• Establish standards, governance, procedures, and KPIs across the global network
• Use data and KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements in on-time delivery, cycle time, capacity, and cost
• Partner with procurement and regional teams to resolve logistics issues and support product launches
• Ensure compliance with quality, trade, customs, safety, and company policies
• Lead risk management and business continuity planning across logistics networks
• Drive standardization, automation, and ERP/TMS/WMS improvements in collaboration with IT
