You'll apply design systems, develop strategic ideas, and collaborate with clients to deliver integrated advertising that aligns with brand strategy. Proficiency in FIGMA and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or equivalent.
• 7 years’ creative/creative management experience.
• Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred.
• Digital portfolio required; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creative design team internally and with clients.
• Develops brand creative vision and ensures on-brand design.
• Mentors junior team members and freelancers.
• Develops innovative ideas for client marketing challenges.
• Monitors quality and consistency of agency output.
• Contributes to briefs and strategy.
• Supports new business pitches.
• Manages multiple projects and direct reports.
