Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to drive complex, cross-functional finance initiatives from revenue recognition to tax transformation. This remote consulting role targets senior professionals who can deliver measurable improvements across accounting, FP&A, and data platforms.

You will partner with finance and technology teams, manage multiple workstreams, and establish governance and KPI-driven governance structures to ensure timely delivery and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes including Revenue Recognition and O2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish KPIs to measure program success and continuous improvement.
