• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives in complex orgs.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Recognition, O2C, Tax operations, and Financial Reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current finance processes, systems, controls, and models to identify improvements.
• Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Develop project plans, governance, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and enable decision-making across teams.
• Lead process optimization focused on efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Tech teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive improvement.
