Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to drive multi-project initiatives spanning Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology. The role focuses on Revenue Recognition, O2C improvements, and tax transformation within a remote, open- hours consulting environment.

You will shape future-state solutions, build governance and roadmaps, and coordinate across senior finance and IT leaders to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Admin or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Information Systems) preferred; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and major finance platforms is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
