Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee large IT programs for Federal, state, local, and education clients. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, align with client business goals, and drive growth opportunities while controlling scope, schedule, and cost.

Remote with travel up to 20%. Responsibilities include leading complex programs, managing resources and budgets, delivering regular reviews, and ensuring governance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and PMP certification.
• 10+ years Program Management experience for IT in Federal/State sectors.
• Experience in Federal/SLED space and government contracts.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to present to executives.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity programs in service-driven, high-availability environments.
• Direct resources, planning, scheduling, risk management, deliverables and SLAs.
• Manage direct and indirect employees and stakeholder relationships.
• Understand customer needs, build rapport, and identify opportunities for performance.
• Oversee all program lifecycle phases from initiation to closeout.
• Manage budgets, burn-rate, and monthly forecasts and financials.
• Deliver quarterly/annual program reviews for customers and executives.
• Conduct PMRs and risk assessments; adjust plans as needed.
• Apply Iron Bow methodologies for risk, cost and governance.
• Assess objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk, and execute.
• Maintain schedule of deliverables, meetings, and SLAs; resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Account Team and lead change management efforts.
• Assist with recompetes and other duties as assigned.
