Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification required.
• 10+ years program management experience in IT for Federal and SLED customers.
• Extensive experience in Federal and SLED spaces driving program execution.
• Ability to orchestrate the overall customer experience while delivering program objectives.
• Strong understanding of financial, risk, deliverables, and resource management.
• Experience with government contracts and contract regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity IT programs for Federal and SLED clients.
• Direct resources, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage program financials including budgets, burn-rate, and cost performance.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and quarterly/annual program reviews.
• Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
