Job summary

Peloton Group seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across ERP, SCM, and HCM. You will coordinate business and IT stakeholders, drive governance, and ensure delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements include 10+ years in program management and 3+ years in Oracle Cloud implementations. Strong communication, leadership, and training material development are essential. Remote work options available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• 3+ years leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Experience across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report.
• Proven ability to liaise between business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP, SCM, HCM).
• Manage program scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to business objectives.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Prepare Steering Committee presentations and executive updates.
