Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join a leading employment law firm. The selected candidate will manage EPLI matters, conduct thorough research, draft and negotiate legal documents, and develop effective litigation strategies.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, 7+ years of labor and employment litigation experience, and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPLI matters for clients.
• Conduct legal research and advise on labor and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
• Develop litigation strategies for cases.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
• Stay updated on changes to labor and employment laws and educate teams.
