Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team. The chosen candidate will manage EPLI matters and advise clients on rights and obligations under labor and employment laws.
The position requires a JD from an accredited law school, 7+ years of labor and employment litigation experience, and strong litigation skills. This is a fully remote role with competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- At least 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
- Bar admission in good standing.
- Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.
- Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client relations.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
- Develop litigation strategies.
- Advise on compliance with labor and employment laws to prevent disputes.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate others.
