This fully remote, full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated team handling high-stakes matters for clients across multiple jurisdictions. Qualified candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, ενεργικά admitted in their state, and 8+ years of employment litigation experience focusing on EPLI.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing.
• 8+ years of substantive employment litigation with emphasis on EPLI.
• Experience handling employment-related claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, wrongful termination).
• Ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong advocacy.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a national team.
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
• Proven expertise with AI-driven technologies in legal workflow.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling.
• Represent insureds and insurers in employment disputes across state and federal forums.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with precision and insight.
• Advise clients on employment law risk management and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on complex employment matters.
• Maintain strict compliance with ethical obligations and confidentiality.
