Job summary

DCS is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst III for a remote role based in Durham, NC. The position requires expert knowledge of Epic Ambulatory modules and a strong background in digital enablement initiatives across workflows, patient engagement, and operational processes.

The analyst will design scalable build patterns, guide release and testing strategies, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and vendor teams to ensure durable, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related clinical, technical, informatics, or operational field.
• Active Epic Ambulatory certification is required; additional module certs (Cadence, scheduling, patient flow) preferred.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in ambulatory build environments.

Responsibilities

• Design Epic architecture and scalable build patterns for digital enablement pilots and workflows.
• Lead translation of clinical workflows into durable Ambulatory build across modules.
• Define release, testing, and stabilization strategies for safe deployment from pilot to scale.
• Mentor analysts on reusable build patterns and Ambulatory standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Epic operations, clinical, and vendor teams.
