Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to support, enhance, and implement software applications across Enrollment and Eligibility processes. The role focuses on EDI 834, data flows, and system interfaces, coordinating with business units, IT, and external partners to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, test case development, and leading testing and enhancements for enrollment systems and EDI integrations, with proficiency in SQL and SDLC

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience (Required).
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS (Preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce, QNXT, Edifecs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business units, IT groups, and external partners regarding Enrollment and Eligibility processes.
• Elicit detailed requirements from stakeholders for onboarding and maintenance of EDI 834 transactions.
• Analyze, map, and document data flows, business processes, and system interfaces, especially enrollment and eligibility functions.
• Develop/test and implement enrollment-related solutions and EDI integrations; manage SDLC/Agile projects.
