Job summary

Adapt 365 in the United States is seeking a Senior CE Consultant to own delivery and client relationships across multiple engagements. You will shape solutions and guide architecture decisions when needed, while staying hands-on when required.

Ideal candidates have strong D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform delivery experience, can lead end-to-end engagements, and leverage AI tools in real delivery work to move projects forward in a growing, unstructured environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform delivery (CE, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service).
• Experience leading client-facing engagements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and the client relationship across multiple concurrent engagements (typically $250k-$500k).
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions, translating business need into a credible solution direction.
• Work with solution architects and developers to push back and make calls when needed.
• Do hands-on configuration when required.
• Identify where AI/agentic capabilities can change outcomes and discuss credibly with the client.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously without heavy prioritisation guidance.
