Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Microsoft delivery engagements, delivering measurable client outcomes with disciplined project controls and governance. You will manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore resources, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining transparent communication with executives and stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in professional services project management, experience with ERP, CRM, Dynamics

Qualifications

5+ years ERP implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
5+ years consultancy implementation partner experience.
Demonstrated project controls expertise across scope, schedule and budget baselines.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects aligning to client outcomes.
Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change with proactive mitigation actions.
Apply Hitachi Solutions delivery methodology and governance across project lifecycle.
Provide clear, action-oriented communication to customers and internal teams.
