Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Professional Services Engineer in the United States to deliver installation, migration, and advisory services enabling customers to adopt GitLab. You will plan deployments from single-node to reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services to help customers adopt GitLab.
• Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node to large reference architectures using IaC.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and drive customer success.
• Lead migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and mentor other Professional Services Engineers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to share feedback and improve GitLab.
