Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure as code tooling to deploy and manage environments.
• Knowledge of IaC/configuration as code best practices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required for role.
• Occasional travel to SCIF sites as needed.
• Eligible for United States citizenship per government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services engagements including installation, migration, training, and advisory services.
• Plan and execute GitLab deployments across architectures using IaC and config-as-code.
• Oversee migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab with minimal disruption.
• Provide technical guidance across GitLab's feature stack to adopt best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and engagement managers to ensure on-scope delivery.
• Manage multiple customer projects while balancing billable time and priorities.
• Mentor other engineers to improve repeatable delivery patterns.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to remove blockers and feed field insights.
