Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role focuses on managing strategic customer relationships, guiding account plans, and driving growth through cross-functional collaboration.

You'll partner with internal teams to align pricing, market insights, and business priorities, leveraging your CRM expertise and strong negotiation skills to maximize profitable revenue in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at E5/Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class/Sgt.
• 7+ years of customer management or sales experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong business acumen with financial communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and related sales tools.
