Huntington seeks a Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers. The role focuses on onboarding, relationship management, and sales growth within a diverse Commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, banking operations and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• First-line decision maker mitigating issues and keeping Deal Team informed.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems while adhering to bank policies.
• Manage complex, large, or sensitive customers and services.
• Offer products to grow relationships (escrow, control agreements, funds, credit sweeps, etc.).
• Oversee onboarding, commercial accounts and loans with end-to-end management.
• Represent Huntington's Commercial brand with professional, discreet communication.
• Attend customer meetings and participate in deal team discussions.
