Job summary

Huntington seeks a Senior Commercial Relationship Sales & Service Manager who acts as the primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers in a fast-paced environment. The role provides leadership to service colleagues and partners while ensuring best-in-class onboarding and relationship management across large portfolios.

Responsibilities include handling multi-million dollar transactions, guiding complex customer needs, and collaborating with deal teams.

Qualifications

• High school, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, or customer service.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other digital resources.

Responsibilities

• First-line decision maker to mitigate issues and keep the deal team informed.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems while adhering to bank policies.
• Manage onboarding, commercial deposit and loan accounts with end-to-end oversight.
• Offer products to grow relationships, including Escrow Services and Deposit Account Control.
• Represent Huntington's Commercial brand with professional, discreet communications.
