Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Nashville seeks a Senior Commercial Relationship Sales & Service Manager (CML RSS SR) to serve as the primary contact for a diverse commercial portfolio. You will work with Relationship Managers to deliver a best-in-class experience, applying advanced onboarding knowledge to strengthen retention and deepen sales.

The role provides leadership over service colleagues, oversees end-to-end onboarding, deposits and loans, and represents the Huntington brand in high-stakes

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of commercial banking experience with deposits, loans, treasury management, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned commercial customers and support Relationship Managers.
• Lead onboarding and manage complex deposit and loan accounts end-to-end.
• Provide guidance to service colleagues and partners while overseeing high-value relationships.
• Represent Huntington’s brand with professionalism and proactive problem solving.
• Attend meetings independently or with the Deal Team to align with customer strategies.
• Drive process improvements and assist in risk management initiatives.
