Capstone Search Group seeks a seasoned leader to head a team overseeing a portfolio of captive clients within a commercial lines division of a retail insurance brokerage. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytics with strategic oversight of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience working with captive insurance, insurance accounting, auditing, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance and captive management principles, along with auditing and risk management.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred.
• Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or business-related functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the trusted advisor and strategic leader to a team of client service associates for an assigned book of captive clients.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting complex financial and operational results while driving informed decision making.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, risk management activities, and domicile compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, legal counsel, regulators, and other service providers to support client and regulatory objectives.
• Support business growth through client retention and expansion efforts, proposal development, prospect engagement, industry participation, and though leadership initiatives.
