Capstone Search Group is seeking an experienced professional to support a portfolio of captive insurance clients within a commercial lines practice. The role emphasizes governance, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will interact with boards, regulators, auditors, and actuaries to ensure strategic alignment. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in captive insurance, strong regulatory knowledge, and professional designations.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience working with captive insurance, insurance accounting, auditing, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance and captive management principles.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred.
• Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or business-related functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
• Provide strategic guidance on governance, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
• Lead and facilitate engagement with boards, committees, regulators, auditors, actuaries, or other service providers while preparing for board meetings, annual meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Oversee the delivery and quality of client services, including financial statement review, insurance documentation, management reporting, regulatory filings, and compliance with domicile requirements.
