Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks Employment Litigation Attorneys licensed in California to support a leading global law firm. Remote work is allowed for candidates residing in eligible states, including California and Delaware, with an active California bar license. Start likely January 2027 for a six-month assignment, approx.

35–40 hours/week. Pay ranges from $100–$115/hour, depending on experience; concurrent employment is not permitted, and the role focuses on California employment

Qualifications

• Must reside in and hold an active bar license in good standing in an eligible location listed above, and must also hold an active California bar license.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including recent relevant work within the past three years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment matters, and related employment matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to refrain from all concurrent work throughout the assignment, including other legal employment, contract engagements, or a separate practice.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
