Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys licensed in California to support a leading global law firm’s defense matters in California. The role requires active licensure in the eligible states and California, with remote work offered to residents of states where the firm operates.

The engagement is a six-month assignment beginning around January 2027, expected to be ~35–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license required.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
