Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to strengthen the standalone accounting operations for Holistic Health. You will lead intercompany transactions, banking, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting.

The role partners with Corporate Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and business teams to enhance governance, controls, and scalable capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; professional credentials preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience including intercompany accounting, financial reporting, banking, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• 3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting, fixed asset accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP and financial close tools; proficiency in consolidation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations across intercompany transactions, banking, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Manage month- and quarter-end close processes; monitor TSA compliance with Nestlé.
• Own balance sheet integrity; ensure accurate journal entries and reporting schedules.
• Oversee intercompany receivables/payables, loans, royalties, and eliminations; resolve aged balances.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash reporting with Treasury; manage banking transitions.
• Oversee fixed asset additions, transfers, depreciations, and reporting.
