Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Accounting & Reconciliation to lead Fixed Assets, Intragroup Accounting, and Banking Operations. The role partners with Corporate Reporting, Treasury, Tax, and Shared Services to drive accurate reporting, strong controls, and scalable processes across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting, shared services, treasury operations, or related finance roles.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience, including leadership of multiple teams, managers, or complex service-delivery relationships.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, financial close, balance-sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and banking operations.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, controls, performance, and continuous improvement across the supported accounting operations portfolio.
• Oversee accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of management, financial, and operational reporting across Fixed Assets, Intragroup Accounting, and Banking Operations.
• Establish priorities, routines, KPIs, escalation protocols, and accountability across teams and partners.
• Monitor close execution, financial risk, capacity, and control effectiveness; drive timely corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional governance and issue-resolution forums with stakeholders.
• Provide accounting leadership for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, restructurings, and related changes.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and offshore/shared-service teams.
• Build relationships with senior finance leaders and cross-functional partners; communicate complex matters clearly.
