Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Accounting & Reconciliation to lead Fixed Assets, Intragroup, and Banking Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred or required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and close process.
• Experience with fixed assets, intercompany, banking operations, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery across the accounting operations portfolio.
• Ensure timely management, financial, and operational reporting.
• Lead cross-functional governance and issue-resolution forums.
• Drive continuous improvement and audit readiness across teams.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and legal-entity changes.
• Build scalable processes and controls across onshore and shared services.
