  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Audit, and business teams. Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting Operations team by establishing clear priorities, providing timely feedback, and strengthening technical, analytical, digital, and business‑partnering capabilities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, agility, and adaptability, guiding through business transformation, process simplification, and digital innovation while influencing stakeholders to embrace new technologies, streamlined processes, and evolving business priorities.
Experience & Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including experience in accounting operations, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, banking, fixed assets, and/or balance sheet reconciliations.
