Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Senior External Reporting Manager to lead corporate reporting, technical accounting, and statutory financial statements. You will partner with business leaders, Group Accounting & Reporting, and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting while strengthening governance and controls.

The role leads monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, oversees US GAAP analyses, and drives process improvement, automation, and talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate reporting, FP&A, or related finance discipline, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Experience with corporate reporting including US GAAP and IFRS, and strong documentation skills.
• 3+ years of people leadership, talent development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and publication of US GAAP financial statements with external auditors.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to cross-functional teams (Operations, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Supply Chain).
• Lead restructuring, impairments, acquisitions, divestitures, pensions, hedge accounting, and other significant transactions.
• Drive automation and digital transformation of reporting through analytics, dashboards, and RPA.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team and strengthen governance controls.
