Job summary

Corps Team is seeking a Senior Relocation Specialist for a 10-month contract to support domestic relocation and the Tempe, AZ group relocation. The role involves coordinating activities, vendor follow-up, and documentation under the Talent Operations Director and relocation management company.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR or related experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited University.
• 5+ years of Human Resources (HR) or related experience.
• Prior experience supporting Relocation/Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, or transferable skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the domestic relocation program and Tempe, AZ group relocation, under guidance of the Talent Operations Director and relocation management company.
• Coordinate program activities, employee support, vendor follow-up, and process documentation.
• Liaise with the relocation management company to monitor timelines, service levels, escalations, reporting, and employee support items.
• Support coordination of the group relocation to Tempe, AZ with HR, business leaders, the RMC, and employees to organize communications, resources, timelines, and transition support.
• Develop and maintain relocation resources, FAQs, guidance documents, and communication materials for employees.
• Compile relocation activity, costs, trends, feedback, and open items for HR leadership visibility.
