Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an experienced HR Mobility Administrator in Phoenix to manage end-to-end relocation services for assignees, overseeing policy development, vendor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role supports international and US domestic assignments, coordinates with hotels, housing, visas, and government offices, and ensures a smooth relocation experience for employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school education required.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Experience with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and E-Verify; English fluency required; Mandarin a bonus.
