Job summary

TSMC is seeking an experienced HR Mobility Generalist located in Phoenix, Arizona, to develop and manage relocation policies for employees. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendor management to ensure seamless transitions for employees and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and project management skills, and fluent English communication. Knowledge of Mandarin is considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR, focusing on relocation management.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Mandarin is a bonus.
