Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an experienced HR Mobility Administrator for a fixed-term contract in Phoenix. You will manage end-to-end relocation services for employees, coordinate with vendors, and support US domestic and overseas moves while ensuring policy compliance.

Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills required; familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify is a plus; fluency in English; Mandarin a bonus. Associate degree or high school education acceptable.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Education required or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint a plus.
• Knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify is desirable.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a bonus.
