Job summary

TSMC Arizona in Phoenix is seeking an experienced HR Mobility Specialist to manage relocation services for employees on Assignment, both Overseas and US Domestic. This role ensures a smooth, compliant relocation experience and aligns with company policies.

You'll develop policies, coordinate with relocation service providers and government offices, and work closely with Purchasing to optimize vendor relationships and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR with relocation management.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin knowledge is a bonus.
