Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an experienced HR Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end relocation services for employees, overseeing policy development, stakeholder coordination, and vendor relationships. You will ensure a smooth transition for assignees both overseas and domestically, aligning with our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Proven experience in HR with relocation management focus.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; excellent communication.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience; fluent English; Mandarin a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relocation policy and process aligned with company goals and market practices.
• Consult with employees undergoing relocation and provide guidance throughout assignments.
• Coordinate with relocation service providers and government offices to ensure quality services.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and cross-functional teams to manage logistics and vendor contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end relocation for individuals and groups.
