Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in validation or reliability engineering.
• Experience with server, storage, networking, AI infrastructure, or rack-level systems.

Responsibilities

• Validation Planning & Execution: environmental, structural, and reliability tests and coordinating third-party labs.
• Failure Analysis & Corrective Action: root cause analysis and driving corrective actions (8D, FMEA, Fishbone).
• Lab Development & Operations: support lab readiness, data collection, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Third-Party Lab Management: RFQs, scheduling, witnessing, and report review.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: present results and risks to technical/business audiences.
