Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and validate electrical subsystems for server, storage, and networking platforms. You will work with architecture, firmware, mechanical, and validation teams to ensure robust designs that meet requirements and manufacturability targets.

You will perform board-level design activities, assist in bring-up and debugging, and contribute to performance analysis and design verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant electrical design, hardware development, or validation experience.
• Experience with schematic capture and lab-based debugging methods.
• Familiarity with server, storage, networking hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support board-level and subsystem electrical design activities, including schematic development and component selection.
• Translate requirements into electrical design inputs and execution plans.
• Assist bring-up, validation, and debugging of electrical designs and root cause analysis.
• Conduct power and signal integrity analyses and design verification as needed.
• Collaborate with system, mechanical, thermal, BIOS/BMC, and validation teams to ensure integrated product behavior.
• Contribute to design reviews, document risks, design changes, and corrective actions.
• Support BOM development, ECOs, and design-for-manufacturability alignment with operations.
