Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to operate filling equipment, maintain aseptic conditions, and support cGMP compliance on the production floor. The role includes in-process monitoring, data entry, and mentoring Tech II staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities cover equipment start-up, sanitation, documentation, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams. This position requires shift work in a controlled cleanroom setting and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in pharma/biotech cGMP manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to interpret technical docs.
• High attention to detail in batch records and documentation.
• Experience mentoring or training technicians and onboarding new teammates.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate filling machines, service equipment, and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble/disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform in-process checks and data entries (SCADA/HMI).
• Lead aseptic technique demonstrations and media fills.
• Support preventive maintenance and validation protocols.
• Assist with lean activities and 5S in the work area.
