Job summary

Resilience seeks a Supervisor of Manufacturing to lead Process Operations (fill) and manage Aseptic Filling within the PET framework. You will ensure high-quality product output while upholding cGMP, regulatory standards, and EHS obligations.

You will guide PET personnel, coordinate support staff and training, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple shifts. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading direct reports in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead PET operations and ensure aseptic filling compliance.
• Coordinate staff, scheduling, and process improvements.
• Ensure cGMP and EHS compliance across shifts.
• Train PET personnel on equipment, processes, and SOPs.
• Prepare investigations and manage deviations and product quality issues.
• Collaborate with OE and PET engineers to optimize processes.
