Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Reliability Manager to lead reliability and maintenance across a network of facilities. You will drive asset health, uptime, and operational efficiency while building capability and leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance or reliability leadership, with SAP PM or CMMS experience and strong collaboration skills. The position offers remote work with substantial travel and a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline and 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading maintenance and reliability programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Experience utilizing SAP PM or related CMMS systems to drive maintenance effectiveness.
• Proficient in engineering economics and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and maintenance performance across multiple facilities.
• Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies to improve asset health and OEE.
• Inspire and develop regional engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Partner with safety, quality, and engineering teams to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
