• Innovative Reliability & Maintenance Strategy: drive standardized maintenance programs and best practices across facilities.
• Standardizing Excellence Across Facilities: unify preventive and predictive maintenance approaches.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving Mastery: work with engineers, corporate teams, and vendors to fix recurring issues and drive cost savings.
• Training, Development & Data-Driven Decisions: identify training opportunities and use CMMS/SAP data for reliability analyses.
